Zephyra Quinones arrives in the Mage City intending to rescue a young siren being exploited for her powers. Though not opposed to meeting her heartbonded and becoming the next Gate Keeper, the rescue mission is her first priority.

Lucien left his homeland to explore the world only to end up deaf, collared, and imprisoned. He wants nothing more than to escape with the young siren who’s become like a daughter to him and return to the safety of his homeland. He doesn’t have any wish to meet the woman destined to be his heartbonded.
